SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ENDORSES MIKE ROGERS FOR U.S. SENATE
WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate candidate Mike Rogers is thrilled to today announce that he has received the endorsement of the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce.
“Mike Rogers exemplifies what it means to be a servant leader. He listens, works hard, and is driven to make life better for every single family in this state,” said Chamber President John Johnson. “From fighting to get Michigan kids reading at grade level again to making housing more affordable, he’s tackling all the right issues and keeping Michigan a state we’re proud to call home.”
“If we want the outcomes in this state to change, our representation has to,” said Rogers. “You have my word: when you elect me to the U.S. Senate, I will fight to make housing more affordable, keep more money in working families’ pockets, and restore opportunity to Michigan. I’m grateful to have the support of the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce as we Get Michigan Working Again.”
The Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce is the fastest growing, if not the largest chamber in the state of Michigan. The Chamber represents businesses across 57 communities with a combined population of over 1,000,000 residents.
The Michigan Senate race is considered the GOP’s number one pickup opportunity this cycle. From building the largest campaign warchest of any candidate in the race, to launching a historic groundgame operation, leading in recent polls, and securing President Trump’s “complete and total” endorsement, Mike Rogers continues to prove he is best positioned to win Michigan’s open Senate seat.
The Chamber’s endorsement builds on support from the following:
U.S. Senators John Thune, Tim Scott, Bernie Moreno, John Barrasso, Roger Wicker, Tom Cotton, Steve Daines, Cynthia Lummis
Congresswoman Lisa McClain, Congressman Bergman, and Congressman Walberg
20 local leaders in Macomb County
State Representatives Phil Green, Luke Meerman, Curt VanderWall
State Senator Rick Outman
Sheriffs Dan Abbott, Doug Chapman, Mike Murphy, Pat Whiteford, Scott Hodshire
The Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM), “Auto Workers for Trump,” Associated Builders and Contractors
