STATE REP. LUKE MEERMAN ENDORSES MIKE ROGERS AND HIS MICHIGAN FIRST CAMPAIGN FOR U.S. SENATE
WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers is thrilled to today announce that he has received Michigan Rep. Luke Meerman’s endorsement. Meerman represents parts of Ottawa, Muskegon, and Kent Counties.
“If we want real change in Michigan, we need Mike Rogers,” said Rep. Meerman. “It’s insane to keep electing the same Democrats, with the same failed policy positions, and expect a different result. We need a leader who can work with President Trump to restore manufacturing jobs, keep Michiganders safe, and put working families first. Michigan needs Mike.”
“We are building a common sense campaign focused on making life better for working families, whether that be restoring jobs, keeping families safe, or making life more affordable,” said Mike Rogers. “With support from my friend, Rep. Meerman, and Michiganders across the state, our team has never been stronger or more energized to Get Michigan Working Again.”
Rep. Luke Meerman's endorsement comes on the heels of Mike Rogers’ announcement that he has established the largest campaign war chest of any candidate in Michigan’s race for U.S. Senate. The Michigan Senate race is widely considered the GOP’s number one pickup opportunity this cycle. From launching a historic groundgame operation to leading in recent polls and securing President Trump’s “complete and total” endorsement, Mike Rogers continues to prove he is best positioned to win Michigan’s open Senate seat.
Rep. Luke Meerman’s endorsement builds on endorsements from the following:
U.S. Senators John Thune, Tim Scott, Bernie Moreno, John Barrasso, Roger Wicker, Tom Cotton, Steve Daines, Cynthia Lummis
Congresswoman Lisa McClain, Congressman Bergman, and Congressman Walberg
20 local leaders in Macomb County
Sheriffs Dan Abbott, Doug Chapman, Mike Murphy, Pat Whiteford, Scott Hod-shire
State Rep. Phil Green
The Police Officers Association of Michigan (POAM), “Auto Workers for Trump,” Associated Builders and Contractors
