Slotkin FLIP FLOPS on Gotion

In case you missed it, Slotkin, who signed a non-disclosure agreement involved in luring CCP-subsidized Gotion to Michigan, completely flipped her position and now is pretending she is opposed to the CCP-backed battery plant.

When asked about her stance on the Chinese battery spy plant Slotkin said:

“To me, until there’s a national security vetting, I don’t love the idea of moving forward on any project or any sale of farmland” to a Chinese entity, Slotkin told reporters after a campaign event in Lapeer, Michigan, a small town outside of Flint. “I believe that we need to not just think about economic [aspects], but also about the national security implications of Chinese-affiliated companies.”

The truth is that just like Harris, Slotkin will do and say anything for political gain. They are exactly what’s wrong with Washington, and Michiganders can’t trust Slotkin to have their backs in Washington, she’s only served herself.

Mike Rogers stood up to China long before it was cool to do so and was commended by former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for his foresight and willingness to combat the Chinese Communist threat.
