Sen. Cotton and Rogers Join Forces

This weekend, Mike Rogers and U.S. Senator Tom Cotton hit the campaign trail together in Michigan. The two held a variety of events including a roundtable with veterans a door launch with Team Trump in Oakland County

What are they hearing on the ground?

Michigan voters are fed up with the high price for everyday goods like groceries and gasoline. They also do not support New York City and San Francisco style EV mandates that would enrich China and destroy our auto industry. It is also clear that they want to secure the border to stop the flood of fentanyl and violence from hitting our streets.

The cause of these issues? Harris and Slotkin.

Their actions created these problems. They wasted trillions of taxpayer dollars on liberal pet projects and drove up prices. Biden and Border Czar Harris opened our border with Slotkin’s support, creating the most dangerous immigration crisis in history. Voters are tired of it.

What They Are Saying…

The Midwesterner: No politician should be signing nondisclosure agreements to bring Chinese companies into America, as @ElissaSlotkin and others have done, @TomCottonAR told The Midwesterner when he was in Michigan to campaign for @MikeRogersForMI on Friday.

Sen. Cotton on Newsmax: “There are a lot of dissatisfied voters in Michigan and across the country. I mean who wouldn’t be dissatisfied with record high inflation and a wide open border and war and conflict breaking out all around the world. Elissa Slotkin has been right there with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris voting 100% of the time with the Biden-Harris agenda. She voted for both of the big trillion dollar tax and spending bills that created so much inflation that working families in Michigan can’t afford to buy groceries or pay for their gas or pay for their insurance. She has been a champion of subsidies for the electric vehicle industry to include Chinese vehicles. Including right here in Michigan, she championed an electric vehicle battery plant… Mike Rogers by contrast has been sounding the alarm on Chinese Communism for 20 years when people weren’t taking it seriously in Washington. The people of Michigan deserve a voice and a champion in the U.S. Senate and that’s going to be Mike Rogers.

The Midwesterner: Tom Cotton: Trump should dump FBI director in next term — Mike Rogers right in CCP Gotion fight

“We should never allow that to happen,” he said. “Mike Rogers committed to not allowing it to happen and he was one of the very first congressmen to ring the alarm about the Chinese activities in the United States.” Cotton also noted Barrett would be a powerful ally in the U.S. House for Rogers’ efforts in the U.S. Senate.

Sen. Cotton on WJR with Kevin Deitz: “Mike Rogers has been a great servant and patriot for this nation. He served in the United States Army, he was an FBI Agent, and I served with him as Representatives. I will tell you Mike was a strong voice for the people of Michigan in the US House. He was one of the very first members of Congress to start ringing the alarm on the threat of Chinese Communism in this country.”

The Detroit News: Pro-Rogers super PAC puts $4M behind 2 ads in Senate race

The Great Lakes Conservatives Fund super political action committee said Friday it was spending $3.77 million to air a new pair of ads in the Michigan U.S. Senate race to help Republican Mike Rogers, including a positive spot boosting the former seven-term congressman in west Michigan.

Breitbart: Multimillion Dollar Ad Buy Boosts GOP’s Mike Rogers, Rips Democrat Slotkin in Michigan Senate Race

Great Lakes Conservative Fund (GLCF) released two ads as part of a nearly $4 million ad buy to boost Rogers’ plan to tackle inflation and attack Slotkin. The conservative super PAC has spent more than $4 million on television and digital advertising during the Michigan primary and has sent roughly half a million text messages and made 70,000 live phone calls to voters in support of Rogers.
