Rogers in New Ad: “I'll Change Washington”

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — In his first six-figure ad buy following a commanding victory in the primary election Tuesday night, U.S. Senate candidate Mike Rogers calls out Washington’s big spenders and lays out his vision for getting grocery prices under control for American families.

You can read more about the ad in Punchbowl.

“Under the Biden-Harris Administration, Michigan families are crippled by sky-high grocery and gas prices. Elitist DC insiders like Slotkin are tone deaf to the everyday American struggle,” said Rogers campaign spokesman Chris Gustafson. “Mike understands first-hand the importance of the dollar and will fight to put more money in the pocket of Americans.”

Transcript:

VOICEOVER: These days, the most expensive vehicle to operate is your grocery cart.

ROGERS: I'm Mike Rogers. My parents were raising five boys on a teacher's salary. Boy, you sure can't do that today.

VOICEOVER: Washington politicians are wasting your tax dollars on corporate welfare and giving hotels and healthcare to illegals, rather than making life more affordable for families.

ROGERS: You shouldn't have to choose between putting gas in the tank and putting food on your table. I'm Mike Rogers, and I approve this message. I'll change Washington, by putting you and your family first.
