ROGERS FILES 30,000 PETITION SIGNATURES, SHOWCASES GRASSROOTS MOMENTUM

WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers today filed 30,000 petition signatures to qualify for the ballot – double the required amount and the max number allowed for submission. Mike was surrounded at a press conference in Lansing by dozens of Team Rogers volunteers and supporters as he highlighted the significance of the Michigan Senate race for the future of our state and nation, as well as the strength of the campaign’s grassroots efforts.
“I’m grateful for the outpouring of support across the state and 30,000 Michiganders who wrote their name down declaring that they’re ready for a change in Michigan. There’s no reason it should be this hard to buy a house, get a job, or send our kids to a good school,” said Rogers. “Democrats got us into this mess, and when you elect me to the U.S. Senate, I’ll fight every day to get us out of it. This November will be an awakening for Michigan Democrats when we win this seat back and Get Michigan Working Again.”
Mike Rogers was the first candidate in Michigan’s U.S. Senate race to complete signature collection back in December. The Rogers campaign is building the mother of all ground games, from the team’s cavalry of 200+ co-chairs, to six active volunteer coalitions, and the energetic group standing alongside him today. Mike stopped to thank the signature-collecting superstars at the conference, including Alicia Webber and Charlie Coss.
