ROGERS BOOSTED BY $45 MILLION SLF INVESTMENT

WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers’ campaign bid was today boosted by a $45 million investment from the Senate Leadership Fund (“SLF”).

More money is reserved for Michigan than any other pickup opportunity on the map, reinforcing Michigan as the GOP’s number one chance to flip a seat this November. SLF is also jumping in to invest in Michigan nearly six months earlier than last cycle.

As reported by the Detroit News:

• “These ad reservations will begin in late August and cover Michigan’s entire early-voting period.”

• “The large and early investment by SLF this cycle is a nod of confidence in Rogers’ team after he largely cleared the primary field and locked up President Donald Trump’s endorsement last summer.”

• “SLF’s commitment of $45 million in Michigan will cover broadcast, cable, streaming TV and radio airtime reservations, as well as data, direct mail, text messaging, field outreach, ballot ‘chase’ for unreturned absentee ballots and get-out-the-vote efforts.”

The SLF investment comes on the heels of Sentinel Action Fund’s endorsement and announcement that it will spend $15 million in Michigan through advertising, voter outreach, and early-vote operations across the state. Mike Rogers marks one of only two endorsements that Sentinel has announced so far this cycle.
