LET’S GET TO WORK: ROGERS VISITS ROCHESTER HILLS MANUFACTURING FACILITY, TALKS TARIFFS RESHORING JOBS
“Manufacturing is coming back, and America is coming back.”
WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers got to work at Endura Texturing Technology in Rochester Hills. Mike met with three men who run the manufacturing company, where they discussed the benefits of no taxes on overtime and jobs reshoring thanks to President Trump’s tariffs.
The video is part of Rogers’ Let’s Get to Work series, which highlights various pieces of the historic Working Families Tax Cuts. In the series, Rogers works at diners, on farms, and in manufacturing facilities across the state to talk with Michigan workers about their experiences and how they personally save thanks to the tax cuts.

MIKE ROGERS: Hey, we’re in Rochester Hills, here at Endura Texturing Technology, figuring out what they do–what they’re doing for the state. Talked to some of their employees about the great work that they're doing here. Let’s get inside. Let’s get to work.
Well, thank you very very much for taking us through, you know, the floor today. Great employees who are clearly committed to making great products here.
JIM DELIZ: And the employees we have, this is an amazing group of people that have significant talent. And this doesn’t exist everywhere or anywhere.
MIKE ROGERS: You were telling me, you source here in the United States.
JIM DELIZ: Oh yeah, there’s quite a bit of what we do here, sourced here in the United States. It’s a big deal. That means a lot to us. It’s everybody coming together.
MIKE ROGERS: Tell me about how you guys are doing here.
JIM DELIZ: There’s a lot going on. We’re making a lot of progress. We’re never satisfied.
MIKE ROGERS: Manufacturing is coming back, and America is coming back.
JIM DELIZ: Absolutely.
MIKE ROGERS: Tariffs are having some positive impact here because of the reshoring that’s happening. Can you guys just talk about that real quick?
MICHAEL STECHSCHULTE: I’m very excited about the tariffs. They’ve worked very well for us. Quotes are up, sales are up, and the opportunity for growth is very bullish.
MIKE ROGERS: Yeah, I love that. You know, it’s kind of an interesting thing–30 years, we’ve had two people of the same party representing Michigan in the United States Senate. I would be curious to know, are you guys ready for a change?
JOHN DYER: The sooner the better.
MICHAEL STECHSCHULTE: I would like to see Mike Rogers like the USA hockey team: Let’s bring home the gold.
MIKE ROGERS: I love it. Thanks, Michael. I appreciate that very much. Thanks for your time, guys. I really appreciate it. Thanks for what you do. Thanks for spending time with us. Thank you. Appreciate it. And by the way, this guy makes a mean cup of coffee.
JIM DELIZ: Hey, there you go, John.
