ROGERS BLASTS DEMOCRATS FOR SIDING WITH CRIMINALS OVER COPS
WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, former FBI street agent, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers is blasting Democrats for continuing to protect criminals over cops and American citizens.
Mike Rogers joined Bradley Jaye on the Breitbart Saturday podcast to discuss the dangers of the Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies. Listen here or read below:
On how Tim Walz and the Democrats would rather chastise law enforcement than own up to the crime that happened under their own watch:
“[...] Why is the governor [Tim Walz] coming out — because he just got caught being a part of a $9 billion fraud against the American people — and man, wouldn’t he rather say that they’re ‘Gestapo’ than have to own up to the fact that his party and his administration was, in some way, part of this $9 billion fraud. I think that’s why he’s being so aggressive about this, you know. Think about this Bradley, do you want murderers, and rapists, and child predators…out of the country, or do you want them roaming around your streets? That’s what this comes down to.”
On how the same Democrats who let these millions of illegals in refuse to get them out:
“[...]The Democrat party has lost their mind. Now, they’d rather stand up and protect these criminals than they would get these folks out... Think of this, it’s because they opened up the borders and allowed 20 million people in. This is exactly the same people that allowed all that to happen.”
Mike Rogers echoed his concern on The Cats and Cosby Show:
“[...] You can’t have safe streets if you don’t have a secure border. And I just went down to the border a couple weeks ago – met with the border agents.... People didn’t realize this, but the Biden Administration was taking them off patrol, catching illegals coming across, and making them processors of people who did get caught. So, their whole job was to process them and let them go. So, you could’ve been a rapist, a murderer, a drug dealer, a gang-banger – you were getting free. And the bad guys knew it.”
“[...] We walked this road. There wasn’t a soul on it. And they said, had you done this in the last year of The Biden Administration, you could not walk down this road, there were so many people.”
“[...] Think of this, at the Department of Homeland Security during the Biden Administration, they were telling these professional law enforcement officers: we want you to be like Chick-fil-A. Get them in and get them out. That’s what caused all these problems.”
“[...] If you think about the three-pronged approach the President is using: go after these criminal elements: gang-bangers, murderers, child-molesters that are causing havoc. Then, go after the drug shipments, making sure that they’re going after gang violence coming across the border – and oh by the way, you put a boat full of drugs to come across headed to poison our children, that’s not going to be allowed anymore.”
“[...] You can see the impact. Murders were down last year in almost every city in America.”
In the FBI, Mike Rogers built a career busting drug cartels and gangsters, removing deadly drugs from our communities, and keeping families safe. Last week, he also announced his new volunteer coalition, “Law Enforcement for Mike Rogers.” This coalition is made up of law enforcement heroes who have volunteered to have Mike’s back, as he has theirs.
