ICYMI: Slotkin Can’t Be Trusted on China

In case you missed it, Mike Rogers joined Jackie DeAngelis and Sean Duffy on Fox Business Network to discuss the mounting threat presented by the Chinese Communist Party to Michigan’s auto industry and our national security.

Rogers also hit Slotkin for her pattern of deceiving Michiganders as she masquerades as a national security expert, yet accepts contributions from foreign agents, signed a non-disclosure agreement, and voted to let the EPA and liberal states ban gas-powered cars.
The Bottom Line: Slotkin has proven she cannot be trusted by Michiganders.

On China’s Spy Networks…

“What we know about how China has been operating in their intelligence and defense services is by recruiting Chinese nationals or Americans to have access to information China wants… The Chinese spy networks are very good and very aggressive. We have to start recognizing them for who they are. They are a strategic threat to the United States. Don’t allow Chinese telecommunication spy gear into our networks. Don’t give taxpayer money to a company that we know is controlled by the Communist Party of China.”

On the Democrats' Weak-Kneed China Policy…

“This is the fatal flaw of the Democrat policy, they force people to buy a car, they force our companies in America to build a car that people don’t want. This is the first time in America that because of EV mandates – foreign car producers out produced domestic car producers… China controls 85% of the process materials and critical minerals that go into EVs. What Slotkin did is give China cash and prizes to bring a Chinese company to Michigan...”
