AD: ROGERS PROTECTS MICHIGAN MANUFACTURING, PUTS MAIN STREET OVER WALL STREET
DETROIT, MI — The Rogers campaign and National Republican Senatorial Committee today launched a coordinated seven-figure ad buy, which touts Mike Rogers’ manufacturing background and how he will protect Michigan auto jobs. And Mike has the record to prove it. The ad emphasizes how Mike Rogers voted to put Main Street over Wall Street in Congress and worked with both parties to protect Michigan’s auto industry.
Mike Rogers is the son of a shop teacher and worked on a factory floor to put himself through college. He was raised with the understanding that the cornerstone of this country is to build things here–a lesson Michigan’s current leaders have yet to learn. Thanks to a quarter century of single-party rule over our two Senate seats, Michigan has lost 200,000 manufacturing jobs; it’s more important than ever that Michigan autoworkers have a champion in the U.S. Senate.
This ad buy comes on the heels of Mike Rogers’ ad about protecting Michigan’s beating heart: manufacturing. Meanwhile, Abdul El-Sayed supports job-killing EV mandates and threatens to ban gas-powered cars altogether.

I grew up in a middle-class family in Livingston County, one of five boys.
I built cars to pay for college, and I have never forgotten where I came from.
When Wall Street wanted you to bail them out and protect their bonuses, I stood up to my party, and I voted no.
When America's auto industry needed a lifeline, I worked with both parties to save jobs, and I voted yes.
Because for me, Michigan always comes first.
I'm Mike Rogers, and I approve this message.
