REP. WALBERG ENDORSES ROGERS FOR SENATE IN MICHIGAN

U.S. Senate candidate Mike Rogers has picked up the first endorsement this cycle by a Republican member of Michigan’s congressional delegation, U.S. Rep. Tim Walberg.
Walberg, the delegation’s most senior member, previously served with Rogers in the U.S. House before Rogers retired in 2015 after seven terms.
“Mike Rogers has dedicated his life to serving and fighting for the people of Michigan, and I’m happy to offer my full endorsement in his race for the U.S. Senate,” Walberg said in a statement.
