U.S. SENATOR JOHN BARRASSO ENDORSES MIKE ROGERS
May 2, 2024
BRIGHTON, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate, Mike Rogers, announced today that he’s earned the endorsement of U.S. Senator John Barrasso.
Barrasso is the Chairman of the Senate Republican Conference and has represented Wyoming since 2007. As Ranking Member of the Senate Energy Committee, Barrasso has been a strong advocate of America’s energy sector and will play a large role in helping the United States once again become energy independent.
“Mike Rogers is made for Michigan. In the U.S. Senate, he will be a mighty voice for Michiganders.
Today, the Michigan economy is under attack by Joe Biden. He’s put in place the most expensive regulatory agenda in American history. It’s hitting Michigan manufacturing.
Biden is forcing Americans into cars they don’t want and that they can’t afford. Biden is making American energy more expensive. The cost of living is becoming unaffordable and the American dream further out of reach.
Mike knows, as Michigan families know, we need to get our country back on track. That means more and better jobs, security at our southern border, and standing up to the economic threats from China.
I know Mike’s prepared, determined and will get to work on day one for Michigan and for America.
I’m endorsing Mike Rogers for U.S. Senate.” — U.S. Senator John Barrasso.
Barrasso’s endorsement follows high profile endorsements for Mike Rogers from President Donald J. Trump, former Detroit Police Chief James Craig, Michigan Congressional Members Jack Bergman, Lisa McClain, and Tim Walberg, former Michigan Congresswoman Candice Miller, and U.S. Senators Katie Britt, Shelley Moore Capito, Steve Daines, Joni Ernst, and John N. Kennedy.
