TWO SENATORS BACK MIKE ROGERS’ MICHIGAN SENATE BID

Two GOP Senators are backing former Michigan Rep. Mike Rogers’s Senate bid as he looks to consolidate support in a growing primary.

Alabama Sen. Katie Britt and Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst endorsed Rogers’s Senate campaign Wednesday afternoon, a campaign source told The Messenger Wednesday.

“Mike’s unwavering commitment to securing President Biden’s open border and his track record of holding China accountable demonstrates his dedication to ensuring the safety of hardworking Americans. I believe Mike’s victory is crucial for our nation, and his wealth of experience will ensure he’s effective on day one as we work to preserve the American Dream for generations to come,” said Britt, a freshman senator who won a competitive primary in 2022.
