ROGERS LAUNCHES SEVEN-FIGURE AD BUY, FIRST GENERAL ELECTION AD OF THE CYCLE: WHO WE ARE
“It's the middle class — it's who we are.”
WHITE LAKE, MI — Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers today launched his first general election ad of the cycle, titled, “Who We Are.” The seven-figure buy will run in the Detroit market across TV, streaming, and digital platforms, starting July 14.
The ad features Mike’s wife, Kristi, who shares about her and Mike’s backgrounds growing up in Michigan’s middle class. Mike worked on a factory floor in Brighton, where he grew up. Kristi was raised in Lansing. Both of their parents were teachers. Mike’s dad taught shop at Redford Union High School. Kristi’s Mom taught at St. Gerard in Lansing, where she went to school.
Their stories resemble those of hard-working families all across the state today, who Kristi emphasizes deserve a fighter. Mike Rogers will hit the ground running on Day One to fix everything the Democrats broke during their 32-year reign over Michigan’s two Senate seats. He will prepare the next generation for good-paying, future ready jobs; make life more affordable; and support the hard-working folks all across Michigan.
