ROGERS CONDEMNS DETROIT CONFERENCE FEATURING PRO-TERRORIST SPEAKERS

WHITE LAKE, MI—Two pro-terrorist speakers are slotted for an upcoming Palestinian conference in Detroit, including one who was released in exchange for living and dead hostages who were captured during the October 7 massacre.

Army veteran, businessman, and Trump-endorsed candidate for U.S. Senate Mike Rogers today released the following statement in response:

“We shouldn’t be rolling out the red carpet for people who praise the murder of innocent kids, parents, and grandparents or who enable terror in our communities. They have no business rallying hate here in Michigan, and families deserve to know whether their Senate candidates will stand against it.”

Of the scheduled speakers, one reportedly recruited for a terrorist group, supplied the group with weapons for two failed attacks on Jerusalem, and was sentenced to 27 years in prison for attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder. An additional speaker was an official for the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and is now a coordinator for the Palestinian Popular Conference, which praised Gazan attackers a day after the October 7 massacre and called for more violence. The conference is scheduled for August 29-31.
