Today’s court victory shuts down the persistent attempts from Democrats, including my radical opponents, to wage war on women’s sports and dismantle landmark protections for girls. With this win, we have cemented common sense fairness, safety, and privacy protections for girls in sports–because every young woman deserves the opportunity to safely compete and succeed in the sports she loves.”
