IF MCMORROW IS THAT HOMESICK FOR CALIFORNIA, SHE SHOULD GO BACK
WHITE LAKE, MI — Team Rogers today responded to Mallory McMorrow’s resurfaced tweets, which exposed her hatred for Michigan and homesickness for California.
After leaving her native state of New Jersey, McMorrow ran off to plant roots in California – the state she wishes she had never left. Since then, she has repeatedly tweeted, trashing Michigan and lamenting about her leaving home, saying:
“I don’t like you, Michigan.”
“I wish I never left California.”
“There are days like these that make me miss California even more.”
“If Mallory is that homesick for California, she’s better off to go home and run for office there – where they might actually buy her sick, extremist agenda,” said Spokeswoman Alyssa Brouillet. “Every Democrat in this race has spat in the face of Michiganders, and voters will remember that come November.”
McMorrow is far from alone. Michigan Democrats continue to pledge their allegiance to everywhere but Michigan. Haley Stevens proudly announces herself as the “lady from Kentucky,” and Abdul El-Sayed claimed Egyptian citizenship.
Mike Rogers, however, is a born and raised Michigander. Mike went to school here, spent his adult working life here, and raised his kids here. Michigan is his home – which is why he’s all in on fixing everything Democrats broke in this state over the past decades.
